If you are travelling to Los Angeles, for your convenience, we recommend staying at the USC Hotel, located within walking distance of Exposition Park and all USC symposium venues. Guests can enjoy easy access to on-campus dining, complimentary shuttle service to nearby sites, and special room rates reserved for our event.

From LAX, the easiest way to reach the USC Hotel is by rideshare or taxi—simply follow signs to the lower-level pickup zones and request a car (about 25–40 minutes, $50–$70).
For a budget-friendly option, take the LAX FlyAway bus ($9.75) to Union Station, then transfer to the Metro Expo Line ($1.75) and ride one stop to Expo Park/USC Station—your hotel is a short walk away.
Shared-ride shuttles can also be pre-booked for door-to-door service ($25–$30), and rental cars are available on-site if you plan to explore Los Angeles.
Parking Availability
Event attendees may park their vehicles in the Downey Way Parking Structure at their own expense. Alternatively, street parking around campus is available at the discretion of attendees.
